Things are bigger and better in Texas! The Lone Star State-inspired charcuterie board is the perfect gift for that native Texan in the family or a recent transplant. The default wood species for this application will be locally sourced, locally milled, lived edge, Cedar. Cedar is recommended for presentation only and is generally not suited for a cutting board. Other species options are available though.
All of my boards are hand-sawn, hand-sanded, and finished with my Board Balm and will have hardwood feet on the bottom of the board to keep it raised off the countertop or table. My Board Balm is 100% food safe and is a proprietary blend of mineral oil, beeswax, and carnauba wax.
Custom resin inlay or other modifications will be an extra charge. Resin inlay placement will be communicated between myself and the customer and must be agreed upon before proceeding with the resin pour. The resin pour will at a minimum as to what is depicted in the picture description picture for this item, if the customer doesn't have a preference for placement.
Due to the nature of live edge and rough sawn slabs, each board will be absolutely unique and will not be exactly what is depicted in the picture description for this item. The sizes will be the same, either 16"x16" or 20"x20".
Please contact me if a larger or smaller size is wanted and we can adjust the price accordingly.
